Drops of pure flavour

We use a steam distillation process to isolate the essential oils from onions and garlic. The result is the purification of organic compounds and oils that range from low to extremely high concentrations. To give you an idea: 8,000 kg of onions can make 1 kg of oil. That makes one drop amazingly impactful on taste and aroma. 

Next to its purest form, we also offer flavoured oils with carriers like high oleic sunflower or rapeseed oil. These are infused with our onion and garlic essentials to give you maximum impact on taste and ease of use in production.
